Blue and Gold

Greetings Pack Families,

Please NOTE that the LOCATION for our 3/1 Blue and Gold event has been changed to an INDOOR venue, due to weather concerns! The event will now be held in the Fellowship Hall of the North Scottsdale United Methodist Church (11735 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale 85254) - directions as follows:

North of Shea on Scottsdale road, continue north at light at Cholla - you will immediately see a brown wood fence (on the right/east side); at the first break in that fence there is an entrance to the church (with a sign that says Sanctuary with an arrow). If you miss that, turn on the first street, which is Jenan to enter in the back parking lot. You can enter from either side of the building.

There will still be a small part of the ceremony that will be held outdoors, so still be prepared with appropriate weather gear.

Also, a quick reminder to make sure each Scout brings his headband and feathers with him to Blue & Gold - Cubmaster Gilly will be doing paint and feathers Saturday and we want to make sure everyone can participate.

If any Scouts have misplaced their headband or feathers, our awards chair (Jen Bump -, or 480-225-6910) has extras thus please let her know ASAP if you need one (and which color) so she can obtain this in advance. Additionally, please be aware that the replacement cost is $5 for headbands, and $1 per feather (exact cash amounts only please at event!)
