Hello Pack 100,

Saturday is our Blue and Gold Banquet! Scouts are required to wear Class A uniforms, and to bring their ceremonial headbands and feathers.

The banquet will be at Scottsdale United Methodist Church
4140 N Miller Road (not at North Campus this year)
5:00pm Start time to 7:30pm

Food: If you are expecting more than your immediate family (scout, siblings, parents) to attend the ceremony, please let me know the added number. We would like to be sure we have enough food without waste. (Weblos 2's we already have an estimate. Thanks)

Weblos 1 scouts will be cooking dinner starting at 3:00pm. Please wear Class B and bring class A uniforms for the banquet. Weblos 1's will also be serving dinner to the Pack.
Tigers and Wolves will be decorating the tables starting at 3:45pm
Bears will be serving dessert.
Everyone will be needed to clean up after the event. Please plan on staying to help out.

Headbands and feathers: If your scout has participated in a Pack Awards Ceremony, they will have already received their headband and feathers. New scouts earning their Bobcat patches will receive their headband and first feather at the banquet tomorrow. There are extra headbands and feathers available for purchase if your scout has lost or damaged them. Please see Ashley Davis for replacements.

*Feather colors:
Bobcat: Red
Tiger: Orange
Wolf: Yellow
Bear: Blue
Weblos 1: Black and White
Arrow of Light: White

*Please note that Advancement feathers will be awarded at Family Camp... so, for example, Tigers with their Bobcat award will only have or receive their red feather, the orange feather will be given at Family Camp.

Awards will be given according to what was entered and leader approved in Scoutbook. If your scout earned something that is not awarded at the ceremony tomorrow, check with your den leaders to make sure they have been entered into Scoutbook properly and they will receive them at Family Camp in May.

We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!
