Webelos Camp

posted Mar 16, 2015, 11:49 AM by Sean Bridges
We had an awesome Webelos campout! Thanks everyone who was able to come out for this trip!

Heard Pueblo 1901 East Dobbins Road (20th Street, one mile south of Baseline Road) in Phoenix. Our campsites are 1-3 (see attached Heard map). We can drive up to the site to unload one car per site at a time, but then cars have to be driven back to the parking lot.

I will be aiming to arrive at 5:30pm. You can show up anytime after that. If you are not able to make it Friday night, you can arrive Saturday (just let me know what your anticipated time is). We will wrap up Sunday am. We can leave once the site is cleaned up and the grounds keeper does a final check. Looking to get out by 9am

We are doing the shopping for the trip tomorrow. The goal will be to divide up the total costs among all who attend. Our estimate is $20 per person (will not exceed this). There is a fixed cost for site and per person charged by the Heard, then we will divide up total food costs for a grand total. We can collect at the campout or shortly afterwards once we have the total cost locked in. If you will not be eating with the pack we will discount the food portion of the cost.

Schedule Of Events
