Cub Scouting is a family-oriented program that instills values such as citizenship, teamwork, honesty, respect, responsibility, and being active. Our main goal is to have fun!

Currently, our Pack consists of about 30 boys and girls in kindergarten through fifth grade.  Most of our Scouts attend schools in the South Scottsdale area around Pima, Navajo, and Hohokam Elementary, but we also have students that attend charter schools, private schools, or are homeschooled. Scouts are grouped into dens based on grade level.

Dens meet weekly at Camelback Church of Christ (Camelback and 56th St) located at 5225 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018 . In den meetings, Scouts (alongside their den leaders) work to complete various requirements to earn their ranks and badges. The Pack (which includes all dens and parents) meets once or twice a month for a Pack Activity, such as hiking, fishing, geocaching, camping, community service, and of course, the classic Pinewood Derby Race.

Our registration fee for 2023-2024 is $200, which includes national and local dues, Pack t-shirt, subscription to Scout Life magazine, and all the awards (belt loops and badges) a Scout can earn! Most pack activities have no additional costs, however, our campouts do require an additional fee of $10-20 person with a family maximum of $30-$60.

For Scout events, we require Scouts to be in the official shirt with neckerchief. Parents are required to purchase the shirt and any other details of the Scout Uniform they choice (approximately $100 with all the details) from the Scout Store, but we often have used ones, or accessories to help offset the cost. Fundraising money can be used for these expenses. Financial assistance is also available for any of these costs.

Pack 100 is run by parent volunteers. We have no paid staff.
